Volunteer for the Civil Service Climate + Environment Conference 2025
We recently announced that our next conference will be taking place on 18 March 2025 in London, as well as online and at satellite locations across the UK. The conference will celebrate ‘Pioneering Green Innovation’ and will be held in partnership with the Government Chief Sustainability Officers’ Group.
We really need your help to make this conference seamless, inclusive, and exceptional! We are looking for volunteers across CSCEN who can support in person at the venue, or who can host satellite viewing parties across the UK and in London. Availability for the full day is preferred.
Volunteering for the conference might include some of the following responsibilities:
Signing guests in at reception at the venue
Liaising with presenters
Sign-posting attendees to their sessions
Booking rooms for satellite locations
Promoting the satellite offer to colleagues
Supporting with any technical and accessibility requirements
