A More Natural Capital: An agenda for the new Mayor of London
This is an interesting proposal from CPRE and other nature organisations on how we can make London greener in the coming years. Does anyone know of any examples in London where ‘greyspace’ – land previously devoted to car use – has been ‘greened’ during or since lockdown?
Thanks for sharing Helen. I can think of plenty of examples of streets that have been pedestrianised (Mainly this has come about to help enforce social distancing and keep the hospitality industry alive I think). I'm not sure I have seen anywhere actively greened though...
