Job description

You will support one or more of our Major Projects, many of which are nationally significant infrastructure, spanning new tidal barriers, river channels, flood storage basins, landscape scale changes and so much more that will benefit communities, business and their local environment.

You'll oversee the strategic management of programme risk, performance, and culture, ensuring that projects are well-resourced and managed.

You will be innovative and focussed on delivery yet able to understand and respond to risks and opportunities as they arise. You are likely to be resilient, inclusive and able to think differently. It is important you lead and create sustainable solutions, drive out carbon and enhance biodiversity.

This is a collaborative role through which you will provide leadership to meet a range of diverse needs and work closely with local teams, framework partners and many key stakeholders; all having a passion for the place they live and work.
