Help protect one of Britain's most beautiful landscapes while learning about woodland management in action. The Northwest Forestry Commission team needs volunteers to remove old plastic tree shelters that risk breaking down into harmful microplastics.

Where: Meeting at Oxenholme Lake District Train Station if you require a lift, or at the volunteering site near Winster, Windermere LA8 8LW
