Wednesday 24th April – 12:00pm - 12:30pm - Sustainability & Innovation Group Launch with Daniel Finch 🤖
The Sustainability Innovation Group (SUIG) has been conceptualised to give all members of the DfE with ideas for a sustainable organisation, a platform and working group to bring these ideas to fruition. You don't need to be a member of the Sustainability & Climate Change Unit (SCCU) nor do you need to be a Sustainability Champion to join; if you have an idea of a change you would like to see, large or small, the SUIG is a place to try and make this happen. Joining does not mean you commit any specific amount of time, nor do you need to be an expert in any of the concepts.
The formal launch of the SUIG will include a discussion around the terms of reference and the purpose for the group, the sorts of projects the innovation group will be working on and what has already been achieved, as well as how to get involved and how to join.
