With COP30 happening now, the Green Network are delighted to invite you to our COP-themed event where we will be joined by Hannah Vickers, industry expert who leads the Construct Zero initiative on behalf of Construction Leadership Council.
Hannah was one of experts that HS2 consulted on for our own carbon action plan and now, following the Climate Change Committee’s publication of the UK’s seventh carbon budget, Hannah is leading an industry-wide review. To understand how this feeds into HS2’s ambitions, we will hear from Neil Wait, HS2 Environment and Town Planning Director, about the next steps we are taking.
Finally, Ian King, HS2 Non-Executive Director and HS2’s Environmental Sustainability Committee Chair, will be announcing our 2025 Photo Competition winner!
