Join us for an ‘Environment for Net Zero’ Webinar to gain insight into how HM Government’s Natural Environment Investment Readiness Fund can help deliver net zero and UK leadership on voluntary carbon and nature markets.
Hosted by the Ecosystems Knowledge Network (initiated by HM Government) in partnership with the Green Finance Institute. Since 2021, the £14 million Natural Environment Investment Readiness Fund has built the capacity of a wide range of enterprise across England to attract private finance to deliver environmental outcomes of value to business and local communities, including contributions to net zero. The Fund is finding cost-effective ways by which businesses, local authorities and charities can attract new private money for the fulfilment of public policy objectives. Round 3 of the programme is ongoing, with 60 active projects throughout England.
This webinar will provide an overview of the NEIRF programme, including presentations from representatives of NEIRF projects. There will be opportunity for Q&A.
